Going a little OTT with this post this week, my wages don't cover my expensive taste, but who can't drool over something!

001: Michael Kors - Bradshaw Chronograph watch (My aim = purchase by end of the summer)
002: Alexander Wang - Rocco Bag (Think I shall be buying a similar bag on E-bay next week)
003: Benefit - High Brow Glow
004: Benefit - Hello Flawless
005: Alexander Yamaguchi - Crop Top in Cream LOVE this :)
006: Warehouse - Mesh yoke jumper  (Have to get my hands on this, as well as the mint coloured one from Topshop)

I'm always on the search for big lashes, I feel if you had to go of the house with one item of make - up on you could pull it off with mascara.

I normally use Bobbi Brown's Lash Glamour Extreme Lengthening Mascara which is my holy grail of Mascaras! Not everyones cup of tea due to price and the style of brush.

So why change, you may ask?! Well my Bobbi Brown mascara was starting to run low so I took the opportunity to try something new and see if there was a good comparison in a lower price range.

I saw an ad for the L'oreal False Lash Telescopic with Cheryl Cole and thought oh! could this be another mascara that looks great on camera (due to false lashes) but never performs well in reality.  I wanted to try and prove myself wrong. So picked up this mascara on a trip to boots in Magnetic Black

These were the results:

Uh oh went shopping again!! (and I was only supposed to be shirt shopping with my boyfriend ha.)

Lost my large gold cross earrings so bought these as a consolation, at €6 I thought they were very reasonable for Topshop and think they'll be great with casual outfits.

Have lusted after this for the last few months and every time I went into my local Topshop (in Cork) they were sold out. So I was overjoyed when I saw it back in stock.

My real techniques brush collection is growing, couldn't resist when passing by all the make up brushes.

Not too sure if these will go with my style, but saw them for €1.50 and couldn't put them back.

YES found some revlon Lip Butters, Got a review coming up already and I love them to bits, perhaps I'll be a little more adventurous with my choice of colour next time.

Hope you enjoyed this as much as I did buying them.

A few days late, but as they say better late than never. Thought I'd try out a new type of post, I love a lot of beauty products, and I'm a huge fan of trying out new products, so this is what I have picked up this month.

Backcomb in a bottle is something that had me pondering over and over at.  My thoughts were - how could it work out, was it much better than hairspray and was it worth the price as it wasn't cheap!
Think texture and hold in a bottle, when sprayed near the roots, and 'jizzed' up with a brush, your hair transforms from lifeless hair to HELLO HAIR! I found I needed a good 3-4 seconds on each section but this created quite stiff hair, yet lasted the night.

In the last few years, I've been growing my hair longer, longer layers and longer fringe = knotty hair (ouch), so I found this leave in conditioner that on a budget is fantastic (€2/€3), now its not your redken conditioner at any rate, but I use it after my normal conditioner in my wet hair, and it makes the detangling a lot easier!

I am a big fake tan fan, but not in the orange way! quite particular with it actually! St. tropez is my go to when going to a big event but came across this little beauty. Anyone who usually uses Rimmel's Sun shimmer instant tan will know that any splash of rain (or drink on a night out ;) )  will leave an immediate mark. So saw this in boots and picked it up, so far so good, water resistant need to scrub it off in the shower!
Only con about this is that unlike its other tan, the water resistant takes a lot longer to dry tends to be sticky, but what can you give out about if it keeps away the water marks.

Love this colour from Topshop in Threadbare, very in this summer and only needs 1-2 coats.

This is a body butter that I go back to again and again.  Great for dry elbows, knees, and hands! Especially throughout the winter months. Quite a thick butter, smells amazing and will keep buying this.

If anyone wants to leave some of their favourites, I would love to hear them and perhaps purchase if you recommend the products.

Briefly posted about this in a post last week, I bought this lipstick in Boots.

Surprisingly enough I don't own a red lipstick, so when there was a 3 for 2 I couldn't resist trying out a  Maybelline Colour Sensational in Pleasure me red.  Packaging isn't that special, but the lipstick itself is highly pigmented!

At €10.60 I think I will be trying at a few more colours, staying power is good, and has a hint of gloss to give a lovely sheen to your lips.

Has anyone else tried this Maybelline collection? Look out for more posts on this collection.

001: Sunset over the hills behind my house.
002: Delicious carrot cake (I couldn't help myself).

003: Feeling a little sick so honey and lemon did the trick.
004: Beautiful cherry blossom outside my boyfriends house.

005: Tried these out and don't think they suited me, so gutted! Going to try out a different colour.
006: Race day, bought a cute daisy headband in penney's (primark) for €3.

007: Making a few bets.
008: Out on a hack with my horse Jack.

009: Little car getting towed away :(
 010: A little startled!

011: Outfit at the weekend, Topshop top, Oasis jacket.
012: Headed out for Sunday lunch in Fishy, Fishy Kinsale. - Yellow fin tuna = delicious!

013: Oops!!!
014: My new weakness, can't get enough of these caramel waffles.

015: Refreshing ourselves after a few hours in the sun.
016: Trying out a few new hairstyles with the girls.

So jumped on the bandwagon and headed off to Boots for their 3 for 2 sale! I probably shouldn't have as I came out with a few things that I wanted but didn't need, but aren't most of us like that.

Also went into mac to purchase Impassioned, but sadly it was sold out, but couldn't help myself and bought a similar colour 'Speak Louder' and a new lip liner 'Beet' can't wait to review them as they're to die for.
