It's a little late, but as long as it is there who cares! There have been a few beauty items that have been floating around my bathroom and I thought I'd share them with you.

001: Aveda volumizing tonic - €22 - Starting off with a hair volumizer, I am always quite skeptical when it comes to this type of hair product, as I've bought so many that don't suit my hair, i.e make my hair greasy or fail to give a lift at the roots. This however is my second bottle, I went for a larger one this time as I fell in love with it straight away. The tonic is a light spray when applied to the roots, I spray it in my hair and use either a back combing brush or my fingers to jazz it up. It gives an instant hold and considerable volume, It also contains organic aloe and wheat amino acids which help build up body and add shine to your hair.

002: Mane n' Tail Detangler - €7.50 - My hair is getting longer and with this come the dreaded knots, It pains me to think what my hair will be like in the morning, even if I tie it up. I have to gently coax out the tangles, and I needed a little help with this. I came across this beauty in my local pharmacy and have loved it ever since. It is great to condition the ends of your hair, reducing tangles and adding shine to your hair all at once, what more could you ask for.

003: Aveda Foot Relief - €23 I work 3 different jobs, which means I am on my feet a lot of the day, my feet are precious to me (as much as I have an intolerance towards feet) I love to keep them supple and pain free. Due to long hours I start to get pressure points on the balls of my feet, thus I came across this soothing lotion, applied liberally 2-3 times a day with lavender, exfoliating fruit acids and plant derived oils including jojoba, my feet feel like heaven, no more tired feet at night time, I look forward to putting this on as not only does it feel good, it smells amazing too. It has lasted me a good 2/3 months with a 1/3 left, well worth the price tag.

004: Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula - €3 I have mentioned this in a previous monthly favourites, but in a concentrated formula, this is in a solid tub. I use this on my elbows and knees, and works wonders for dry, rough, cracked or marked skin. I have found a huge difference in the feeling of my skin with this moisturiser, it is of very thick consistency but who doesn't love a dollop of cream! Get out and buy this delicious smelling cream, it's a steal at €3 and will last you months!

What has everyone been loving this month so far? Leave it in a comment, would love to know, so I could make a few cheeky purchases.

    1. Yes I would say the liquid form is a little easier to use, but this feels even more moisturising (if that's possible!!) x
